A bespoke e-commerce platform and B2B CRM built from scratch for a client whose product catalog didn't fit any off-the-shelf tool. I designed a scalable "variant-first" database architecture (NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL) for complex product configurations, then built a zero-latency SPA admin dashboard (React, Tailwind CSS, React Query prefetching) surfacing LTV/AOV/PPC in real time. I own the full lifecycle — schema design through production deployment on a VPS with Nginx and Cloudflare Tunnels.

A skill-based Telegram Mini App for competitive analytics with Web3 integration. I engineered a complex backend (NestJS, PostgreSQL) to handle dynamic prize pools and tiered reward distributions, paired with a lightweight React/Vite frontend optimized for weak mobile devices. Integrated the TON blockchain for automated transactions. To ensure absolute security on limited server resources, I implemented a Zero-Trust infrastructure using Cloudflare Tunnels and deep Linux memory optimization.

A Telegram WebApp for personal finance that I built and launched on my own. Users could log expenses by typing, snapping a photo of a receipt, or sending a voice note — an AI layer (via OpenRouter) parsed all three into structured transactions. Backend on NestJS, frontend on Next.js, data in MongoDB via Prisma, with strict Telegram initData validation for security.

Took over a legacy backend codebase, refactored it, and optimized its PostgreSQL queries, cutting response times noticeably. Added a Redis caching layer — and, while going through the code, found and closed a critical security vulnerability the previous team had missed.
